How To Advertise An Event For Members

MAPAPA provides an opportunity to have events not hosted by this organization to be posted on our website.

To make this process as simple and easy as possible, follow the guidelines below so that sufficient information can be provided to members.

Members:  Please note, that postings in this part of the website are from EXTERNAL sources.  Address any questions or concerns with the contact provided in the posting.  The Board of MAPAPA will not have more information or can answer any questions about outside events hosted by other organizations.  Further, MAPAPA is not responsible for any issue that arise regarding payments or registration difficulties related to external events posted on our website.  We offer this solely as an information service to MAPAPA members.

All submissions will be posted on the MAPAPA FORUM website at this location:   CLICK HERE FOR THE FORUM

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTING AN EXTERNAL EVENT ON THE MAPAPA WEBSITE

 

Please COPY or TYPE the 8 requirements listed and PASTE or TYPE them into the email form that is provided below to send your event request for posting on the MAPAPA External Events page. Incomplete posting requests will not be posted on the website.  Please put "External Event Posting" as the Subject of our email.  Do not attach any file to the email.  Editors of the request will not compose, correct or rewrite the text of your event so be clear and concise regarding your event posting.

  1. Name of the Event
  2. Location of the Event
  3. Date of the Event
  4. Date(s) for Registration
  5. Description of the Event (250 words max.)
  6. Website for Registration or Information on the Event
  7. Contact Name
  8. Contact Email and/or Phone Number
